Notes on Pricing:
Pest & Building Inspection report fees cover average size homes (not commercial buildings) in the Greater Sydney Metro Area. As a general rule, homes valued over $2 million, normally still attract the standard rate where the price is based on location, not size of the house. If in doubt, call us on 1300 728 805 to check.
Strata Inspection report fees cover around 98% of all strata plans. There are a number of plans however, which are very large and complex, or have complex records to investigate. This is generally gauged from previous inspections carried out. These plans will attract a higher rate to accommodate the additional time needed to inspect and prepare a report. If you order an inspection report that is likely to have any additional fees (except as noted above) we will contact you prior to the inspection being conducted.
